Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at iadaur@aol.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:  
  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at iadaur@aol.com.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Fastest option: Return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at iadaur@aol.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase is required
